Can’t find my offer letter ?

First of all, I know I should have downloaded a copy of my offer letter to my drive when I first got it, I didn’t Im sorry.

Here’s the thing, I received my offer back in November, and it used to appear on my company Taleo account alongside my onboarding tasks, background check, etc.

I used to always be able to access it until now, I assume since my onboarding is complete and background check is done, they kind of just removed the “Tasks” from my profile, including my offer letter.

I need to submit a copy of my offer letter to my university in orders to get course credit for my internship.

My deadline to submit it is soon, I’ve reached out to onboarding and HR but have not heard anything back.

What should I do to expedite this process?

I don’t have someone to reach out to like an HR Manager or a personal contact, all communications between me and the bank have been from no-reply emails, no “direct” communication.
