Career path advice

Current senior at top undergraduate business school (Wharton / Harvard/ Georgetown). I have a current signed offer for an RX shop (HL /Moelis). Got the opportunity for athletics to get into a masters program at a high level business school (Duke / UNC). Do I go the Masters route or start working. Or ask the boss to defer offer for a year to compete and then start working.
