Career Path Advice Please Folks

Hey monkeys,

I am a junior at a non-target, majoring in finance. I have a 3.85, I am the VP of a finance club at my school, and I participated in multiple IB-related trainings and competitions. My life goal is to make it into a BB. I had a IB SA role in a regional private equity boutique in my sophomore summer. I messed up my chances for the junior summer internship at BBs and MMs (I believe you wouldn't care about my excuse so just know that I did it to myself). So, now I have three options. I can either stay at my school for another year (5 year of undergrad in total) and be eligible to apply for junior summer internship, I can study my monkey butt off for GMAT and get an MSF at a great business school (and do a regional boutique internship for the junior summer in the meantime), or I can just stick with a big city regional boutique internship and perhaps lateral or do a MBA later in life. Every kind advice is appreciated. Every unkind advice is appreciated as well.

Sincerely
