How bad does it look if you move around too much?
I spent the first 15 months of my career as an analyst at a MM Bank (RBC, Jefferies, Nomura) in London before I changed banks to return to my home country.
Im currently 11 months in and HH start reaching out to me with buyside opportunities. If I get a buyside offer does it look "bad" on my CV that im already at my 3rd job within 3 years?
Granted once I break into the buy-side I have no aspiration to return to IB
