I would take HL for the name, then would try to exit within a year by applying to an Analyst 1 position at a bigger firm. You'll have a better shot by saying I realized Portfolio Valuation isn't for me... You may start as Analyst 2 in the new place but if you get in as Analyst 1, I think it doesn't matter.
