Choosing between offers

In a sticky situation where I need to choose between two offers. CB at a American BB or TS at Big 4 and want to go into IB. Strategy for CB would be to stay for a year while applying for off-cycles and apply to masters as a backup. For Big 4 study for the ACA and stay for 3 years and then IB

Why not just work at the CB for a year then transfer into their IB group?

Most big American banks have their IB and CB grouped under CIB. I’m sure if you do well for a year and get good reviews/recommendations it’d be easy to internally transfer
