Choosing Soph Internship

I'm currently a sophomore at a target (lower Ivy) looking to go into S&T or prop trading junior year. For this coming summer I have offers to intern at either a small trading firm/brokerage, or in PWM at a BB. I don't think I would be doing too much meaningful work at either place. The brokerage also wants me to get my Series 3 beforehand (is this useful at all?) Which internship would be more beneficial for getting into a good internship junior year?

Also, I am still actively looking for other opportunities. Is there any specific area/type of firm that I should be looking into that would help me learn a lot about trading and look better on a resume? Thanks in advance for any help and advice.
