Working with a long time Climate controlled self storage developer. They have been prolific for years. Their traditional lender (Smaller Commercial Bank) is frozen with Corona, and I am hunting for replacement financing.
Anyone know anyone who would play in this space?
Developer would go recourse on the debt.
