Cold Email Etiquette
Been doing some networking by email and two people so far have asked "where did you get my email/contact info"? Anyone gotten this before? Should I add to the message body something like "and I found you on LinkedIn" or just take it as inevitable that a couple of people will find it odd that you're emailing them?
