Cold Emails Rejected by Server (?)

So I just started sending out cold emails (just finished freshman year) and it seems like at Credit Suisse and Citi no matter what formatting I use my email is rejected as "User Unknown". Didn't have a problem sending one off to Morgan Stanley. Currently working off of the formats provided by the attached spreadsheet I found in a thread here from 2012. Thoughts? Anyone else having this problem or advice for cold emailing in general?

middle initials, nicknames, both are massive banks so could have two people with same name so they use numbers

there's so many possible reasons for the rejection
