Commercial Associate Base??
I am hoping to get some advice from those of you in Commercial/ Corporate Banking.
I am in the middle of the interview process for an associate level position at a large commercial bank in the midwest. (Not WF, JPM, or US Bank level, next tier down) I am wondering what an appropriate base level would be for this type of position.
To save time on the background, assume I have the experience necessary to be interviewing at the associate level.
I eagerly await your monkey responses.

Thanks. Any idea on bonus range? 25-50% target? I appreciate any response.
