I am still interviewing but I have the BB compliance offer already, but I am more worried about the long run effect on my being eligible for IB recruiting.
That is not going to do your resume any good. It would probably be better to get something in finance at a corporation.

FT recruiting starts in late August and is pretty much over by early November. If you wait until December, you will miss the boat entirely.
