Conditional Discharge Disclosure
Filling out an application for a lateral interview I have at a BB and they ask not only if I have been convicted, but if I have ever pled guilty before any court.
I was able to have my case conditionally discharged (which it has since been discharged), but in the state I was arrested, in order to be granted a conditional discharge, you have to enter a guilty plea (conditionally)....
I spent 40 bucks on a criminal background check and nothing came back...what do you guys think about this, I am leaning more towards disclosing it.
Charges were failure to maintain lane, obstruction and marijuana possession under an ounce....not sure if that's a deal breaker hahah
I had pretty much the same thing but instead of mary jane it was alcohol possession (underage) I disclosed it to a firm and they called me back asking WTF happened, since it wasn't on my record... I cleared it up and said it had since been taken off and they told me next time just don't bother putting it on
