Confusion about accepting a job offer

My long term target is to attend a masters in finance course in top colleges such as LBS/LSE. I have also interned as an equity research analyst in a reputable firm and have a GMAT score of 770. Also I am writing CFA level 1 in December. Currently I'm working as a software developer. I have been offered a part time job in a brokerage firm where my responsibility is to convince potential clients register in brokerage firm. Will this experience help me during the college admission process?
