Consulting summer internship --> IB full time?

I'm a junior and I have an internship at a life science/healthcare consulting firm (think ZS, ClearView, Putnam, etc.). Basically 4.0 GPA at top-target, but no finance activities.  Can't help but feel I wrote off finance too early on, as I did not really recruit for IB like many of my classmates.

What are the odds that I can recruit during my upcoming senior year for IB? Should I focus on just healthcare focused firms like SVB Leerink, MTS, and Cain? Are BBs and EBs with strong healthcare groups (like Centerview) off the table? Not sure how the process goes for someone who missed junior year summer recruiting.

Thanks in advance.
