When applying for jobs through the careers site of the BB's, there is no contact name for the application. How do you deal with this? Just put the division in which one is applying to in the adress field and to whomever i may concern on the letter? Thanks.

are u asking what to do if there is no 'contact name' input field on the online appln (in case you want to enter the name of someone you know at the bank)? if they dont ask for it, then then dont care whether or not you know someone at the bank.
as far as cover, i avoid using 'whomever it may concern' and instead prefer 'Dear Human Resources executive'. as long as you are responding to a specific position, it will reach the right person.
