Continuation of virtual interviewing?
With a lot of banks returning to office, how do you guys think most banks will conduct interviews starting in late summer/fall 2022? Will it likely stay virtual or are in-person interviews expected? Referring primarily to campus hires - internships and analyst programs.
I am starting to see diversity events being held in person so I expect at least some superdays to be in person. Will likely be a mix though at least for this year. The first reason being that some banks still don't want visitors/arent fully in person. Second one being its just cheaper being virtual.
