Continue internship with a boutique IB from Fall throughout Spring vs. Look for another boutique IB for Spring

Hey everyone, I’m a rising sophomore and have some things to consider before recruitment for SA positions kick off. As the title suggests, in the Fall I’ll be interning at a boutique investment bank. The directors have told me that I will be given the choice to continue to work with them once the internship ends in December. I’m wondering if it would be wiser to accept this offer when the time comes or to recruit for another boutique bank for the Spring to essentially beef up my resume. Given that I’ll be recruiting for both 2024 and 2025 Summer positions, am I better off just sticking with the boutique firm I’ll be working with in the Fall? On one hand, I’ll be able to further my relationships with the senior bankers (who are honestly great people) and be able to speak more in-depth about my time there. On the other hand, I could potentially have 3 IB internships listed on my resume when applying for 2025 SA positions. Please let me know what you guys think would be the better choice, thanks!
