"Cool" NYC Boutiques

Hello All,

I am currently researching boutique banks in nyc or la. I need an environment where my mind can thrive, I can apply mathematical and analytical skills and where I can devote myself completely to work. I do not need a corporate environment and anything close to a dress code or a haircut. Basically, I want to go to work in flip-flops.

Suggestions?

Thank you,

Chris

Rothschild has no dress code, and their employees do all kinds of crazy shit like riding around the office on Razor scooters and throwing huge rubber balls across the room. Lava lamps and grateful dead posters are everywhere. They want brilliant minds, creative innovators, and 'ideas people'; not mindless analyst drones.

thanks so much. will investigate. that sounds like exactly the environment i'd be looking for. umm, lava lamps? :) But, thanks, that's exactly the gist of what i'm looking for...

Any more suggestions? Firms? Be happy to hear of them...

Thanks, Chris
