"Couple weeks"

So just a quick question, I was contacting someone regarding an informational meeting and was told that they were busy for the next couple weeks and to remind them in March (email date was Feb 17). Should I wait til the first or second week of March to contact them? Bit unsure how pushy/desperate I will look in this situation. Thanks for any advice!
