CPA + Statistics
Hi! I'm an undergraduate with a concentration in Mathematics and Accounting. I'm currently in the program with the intent of obtaining a CPA, but I've started to develop an appreciation for mathematics and statistics, and am considering a statistics minor. I've also been considering an Masters in Statistics after working for a few years.
I know that accounting itself is not math heavy at all, but I was wondering if there are any careers in the accounting/finance world that are more quantitative, where having a CPA would be beneficial, and that I could pivot to or look forward to later on in my career
