CRE Lending Interview Help
Hi, I know that this has been asked before, but I am new to this forum and many of the postings were made quite some time ago. I am preparing for a case interview with a boutique Commercial Real Estate Lender, they deal with a lot of bridge loans and mezzanine financing, and would appreciate any pointers from those out there that have had commercial real estate specific case interviews in the past. What are the most important points to brush up on, and what types of questions might I encounter from your experience.
