Based on the most helpful WSO content, it's not uncommon for recruitment cycles to vary from year to year. Factors such as your qualifications, the market demand, and the specific needs of the firms can all play a role. It's also possible that the recruitment process is just taking a bit longer this year.

As for the Dartmouth TI, it's important to remember that while it can be a valuable resource, it's not the only factor that firms consider when recruiting. Your skills, experiences, and how well you fit with the firm's culture are also crucial.

Keep your chin up and continue to put in the work. Remember, the process can be unpredictable and the key is to stay persistent and positive. Good luck!

Sources: Just how good is Dartmouth?, 3.9 GPA from an Ivy League school in a useless major. What are my options?, Non-Target hustled like hell, got offer at BX/Apollo/KKR, but feeling urge to get prestigious degree?

Same experience. I've just assumed it's because we're no longer considered a candidate for SAs this recruiting year, and 25' grads will be prioritised/targeted
