No, it's probably not a formal interview, but I would sure treat it like one. Bring a small folder with a few resumes in case someone asks for one. If you're serious, you should always be ready to answer the basic non-technical/fit questions: i.e. Why IB, recent deals, etc.
I highly doubt they will ask you any technicals at this point. They probably just want to meet you to make sure you're not a complete weirdo. Good luck.
