Are you diversity and have you gone deep in any other processes yet?
Nondiversity. Been networking with a solid MM shop that starts interviews in early July but don’t want that to be my only option to rely on.
Don’t give up. I applied for 2 years to get into London failed every time. Was lucky enough to land an off-cycle this week in London for 2023 at a BB. Given its for 2024 you shouldn’t stop sometimes you really need that bit of luck and it’s all about perseverance.
May I ask how you found out the off cycle timelines for recruitment
I just applied the moment they came online. Got initially shortlisted for final rounds (during March) and they opened additional spots so I got the chance to represent myself and I took it all the way home. In Europe they launch pretty much the same time as summer internships as they tend to be more grad focused instead of penultimate students
