just my 2 cents but here goes anyway:
i'd go for IB, as you'll probably get looks from HF anyway after some time in the role, and if you end up liking M&A you can stay there.
Don't think that the HF straight out of undergrad offered you the same optionality as IB does.
If you're still not sure on what it is that you like IB is the perfect choice to get a sense of both sides of a deal.
Go with BB. You'll get greater optionality down the line to figure out what you want to do. The banking seat is better also from stability perspective, important in your early years imo
