just my 2 cents but here goes anyway:
i'd go for IB, as you'll probably get looks from HF anyway after some time in the role, and if you end up liking M&A you can stay there.
Don't think that the HF straight out of undergrad offered you the same optionality as IB does.
If you're still not sure on what it is that you like IB is the perfect choice to get a sense of both sides of a deal.
