Network
Its all about networking. Highly recommend getting a head start and reaching out to alumni first. Typically makes for easier connections.
Ex RBC/UofT here. Network your way into an interview is the only way. Or get lucky, sometimes some kids randomly get call to an interview without any networking. To be safe, network and ask them to push for your resume. Its not that hard to get interview with Canadian banks.
