You should look at your alumni book. W&M has a pretty strong brand in the DC/MD/VA area and you should be able to land interviews in some of the mid-atlantic offices of banks with a little networking.
When I was there years ago, several BB banks recruited on campus(DB, JPM, and BS) but all of rest of the banks had resume drops. Also, many on the MB banks recruit for there Richmond and DC offices. Join the finance academy if you have not done so already and see who recruits on campus. There are several very helpful alumni if you look through the book. They were always more then helpful about passing along resumes and just helping you through the process. It is a small school so I always felt like alumni would go the extra mile to help.
I'm in the same situation as you as rising sophomore looking for a rotational. I heard that they might have something for sophomores at RBS, I am researching it right now. I have a 3.8 GPA and no prior experience but I am hoping to get Bloomberg Certified by the end of the summer. I definitely recommend that if you have access to a terminal. It only takes around 40 hours and it is easy.
