BB easy.If you are concerned about hours, try to target a lighter group after your SA. Not sure about groups at Citi but BAML definitely has some hours variance but can't comment on anything more than anecdotes. Even still, a recession cutting deal flow will also reduce hours.Also, it really varies on what your hours look like. Small shop will likely lose a lot of deals. Personally, I have never liked pitching and losing. Tons of work for no payout. Just seems like a waste, ya know? Further, maybe you think you want banking long term, you may not. Options always good. Also, you can do much more easily pivot to other banking jobs from the BB.
