If I'm receiving that letter with two different fonts I'm probably thinking its a copy and paste job gone wrong. As in generic mass email template... Everyone knows that's common practice anyway, but the actual error is concrete evidence. Not dingable in my opinion though unless the guy was a real hard ass.
