I have offers from both groups. My goal is to work for 2-3 years then transition to investment banking or ideally a boutique private equity firm. Which is the better choice? I do not care about money or hours, just learning opportunities and exit ops.

HL is one of the top fairness opinion shops. Deloitte isn't bad, but not on the same level.
