Deutsche Bank Orientation?

Does anybody have an idea of when DB's training for NYC analysts takes place and how it is structured? Apparently their start date is September, but there's 2 months or so of training in London--not sure whether the training itself starts in September or training starts early and ends by September at which point new analysts return to their office.

Is there anyone who has gone through the process? Is it across divisions or do the programs quickly specialize into divisions? Information would be much appreciated!
