I've used it. They connect you with someone in the industry you are trying to break into. They will keep in touch with you the whole process. My resume looked 10000x more professional and I actually landed a job at a BB bank since i switched it up. I'm not by any means saying my resume is the reason I got the job, but I did feel way better handing it out.

If you think your resume needs a boost, try it out. In my opinion, money well spent.
