Did the 2023 Timeline really get moved up this much?
After recruiting in the past it really seems like no banks are even recruiting into the summer now, even BBs seem to have moved up super early. What's going on? Am I just wrong?
Yeah, it's pretty crazy; anecdotally it seems that, at this point, all the major BB/EB are either done with or near the end of the process. Lot of the MM players are also chugging along quickly with non-target, non-diversity offers having been sent out at places like WB/LI. Crazy shit, but also big congrats for everyone who was able to get an offer in this accelerated timeline.
