A stated, what would the main pros and cons of working at a big bank vs. a small bank. When I say size I am talking more in terms of exposure and number of employees. Recently, I have interviewed at a smaller bank, Crédit Industriel et Commercial (CIC). The bank seemed good, but how would something like this stack up on a resume vs. a JP Morgan, Citi or Barclays?
