Different interviewers than stated in final round interview… normal?

Had a final round recently that was supposed to be with the group head. Is it normal, to then enter the teams call and it’s two completely different people than stated from the invite email? Has anyone experienced this before? Also, has anyone been in an interview where one interviewer begins grilling straight from the start while acting like they don’t want to be there?

Thank you in advance

This is the correct answer. Interview mix up is likely due to A. colleagues schedules getting moved around or B. HR's retardation. Both happen semi-regularly.

The immediate hostility is not, although it does happen if you messed up in some small way (e.g., joined late). Impossible to speculate on what caused this, but it is likely not your fault, and you just have to do your best to work extra hard and make them like you

we were recently interviewing prospective students, and did a last minute change because one of the associates got busy but I heard he was only able to pass it off to another associate to interview because they already identified the ideal candidate and the last person was just a filler.
