Hey all,
I just had a quick question regarding background checks. I received a disciplinary probation for basically unruly behavior (alcohol-related) completely unrelated to academic performance or integrity. The problem is, my school does note this on the transcript, which obviously comes up during background checks. Is this a red flag for HR/grounds for rescinding an offer? I know that most background checks are mostly for crimes, credit, lying on resume, etc, so would this be harmful for me?
