Diversity IB Recruitment in Canada (Toronto)

Hello,

I haven't seen anything along the lines of a recruitment program for diversity candidates like you have in the US with most top IB banks. Anyone know of such here? Particularly in Toronto would be nice but doesn't have to be.

Me:

Non Target MBA

Top of my class

Worked in a few industries prior to MBA

Advice on breaking in would be appreciated too. Hopefully it would be Canada specific advice and not just, "networking", "cold emails"... BTDT. Slowly considering an unpaid internship associate role in a reputable Boutique shop, hopefully I won't have to do that at some point.
