Diversity Internship Opportunity but I don't apply

I recently landed an sa offer for IB, but wanted to keep challenging myself and saw an amazing virtual off cycle internship opportunity. Only issue: it's diversity, and well, I'm not. The internship is unlike any off cycle Real Estate internship i had seen and looks like an awesome opportunity. 

So my question is: Am I screwed? Can I try for something like this? I get bummed cause I really was excited when I saw the opportunity. I don't wanna lie about anything to get in, so I come here for some input. Thanks
