Diversity Programs as Interview Practice
I want to apply to MS/BofA sophomore summer programs, and even though I probably won’t get in at this point, I want to do it for the chance of getting a HireVue and seeing actual behavioral questions these banks ask. If I don’t even try on the HireVue and take a screenshot of each question and skip, will I be blacklisted? I want to do this for 2025 recruitment practice.
This is actually a serious question. I genuinely have no idea about the practices all these banks have.

if you can’t handle behavioral softballs, actual IB recruiting will be a rude awakening

Just skipping everything takes away the interview experience. You can easily search up interview questions but actually being put on the spot to answer a question will help you in the long run.
