ehh not really if you compare it to the us.. only programs are basically for women in capital markets and aboriginals where you get 1-to-1 mentorship from a senior banker, exposed to networking, and fast tracked to interviews

there are also diversity scholarships for banks (e.g RBCCM Diversity scholarship) where you'll land an interview and potential SA offer

you get in by applying through ur school portal. maybe banks website but im not sure
