Do all banks use Hirevue now for 1st rounds?
I've applied to a bunch of banks, and it seems that no one does phone screenings anymore. They just send out a Hirevue/digital interview.
Do all banks do this now? If yes, I'm screwed because I suck at them for some reason.
Also, do they also use Hirevues for lateral/experienced hires? Or is that only for new grad positions/internships?

Most elite BBs do. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs. BofA, Credit Suisse does as well. But there are a few that don’t. I know Wells Fargo does not do them (yet).
