Do any banks with locations abroad offer off-cycle internships for US students?

Current junior and incoming IB summer analyst. I was originally planning to study abroad my senior spring as it has been a dream for me all along but I am a low-income student on financial aid and I’m worried I won’t have money to fund my study abroad trip even with financial aid and the money I am making this summer. I was thinking I could do a paid internship abroad instead which is more cost effective for me. Does anyone know of any banks that do off-cycle internships for US students? Preferably one that does not need a foreign language requirement — I know a few like Rothschild do have off cycle internships but they require the intern to speak French, Italian, etc.
