We have been asked an exam question on the balanced scorecard for college, and it makes me wonder... does anyone actually use this shit?
I can see its use. A tool to align strategy and take a holistic view of an organisation, but for fuck's sake, learning about it is dry as a bone. I'd rather blow my head off than learn about this shit.
Please tell me no companies actually use this garbage.
