Do background check extend to extracurricular activities?
Hey guys,
To those of you who have went through the BB background check process, do you know if the third-party companies that they hire to run the background check verify the extracurricular experiences (dates, positions, etc.) listed on your resume?
I got an offer for summer analyst intern at GS. I have no idea how extensive the background check would be. Would they check which program are you in? ex, I put a was in a engineering mentor program but it was actually a university mentor program. Would this be a huge problem? Thanks a lot!
