Do companies recruit different divisions on a different timeline?
I have read many threads about IB recruiting and offers but I haven't heard anything about wealth management for summer 2022? Does anyone have any info?
Yes, most IB groups are going to be similar and than other divisions are going to recruit later, however an entrie division will typically recruit together. AKA All back office roles, All Equity Research rolls, all Wealth Management Rolls.
