Do dismissed charges show up on a background check?
I know that in California dismissed charges don't show up on background checks and firms can't use them against you, but if the charges were in California but applied to a firm somewhere else would they show up?
Charges in question are misdemeanors dismissed in the interest of justice with no conviction.
