Do entry level analysts at BB get dental/braces coverage?
Need to get braces but not sure if Citigroup will pay for them. If they do, might as well wait til my start date but if they don't might as well get an early jump. Anyone know? Thanks!

Bump that
here dental insurance is normally not included, no clue how it is in the US
.
Not sure about Citigroup, but the standard from my experience is they give you dental insurance for cleanings/x-rays. No braces though, unless you are under 19 (and even that is extremely rare).
Is anyone that has commented in this thread even working fulltime in the US? Everyone is wrong so far.
Dental insurance costs depend on the insurance plan you have from the company. You usually are able to sign up towards the end of the year during the registration period. Most major insurance companies (Aetna/Cigna/etc.) include $1000 deductible lifetime for stuff like braces. Lifetime deductible is per group plan though and if you switch to another insurance at another company down the road you would qualify for a new $1000/$xxxx deductible since it would be a new group number.

As was mentioned, there will be an open enrollment time during the end of the year where you can chose your insurance coverage. If you want more specific answers call HR.
