Do I give up?

I'm currently a junior at a target school (UM/GU/ND), and I currently don't have an offer for this summer. I did banking recruiting last year but unfortunately had some pretty serious health issues throughout the second half of my sophomore year, and my GPA has dropped from 3.9 to 3.6 and I didn't get any offers. I've honestly been super depressed ever since; I've been applying for stuff but nothing has been successful yet, it's getting to the point where I just don't even know what I'm going to be doing for the summer. I'm seriously considering just pivoting to some other industry, maybe startups or something; I'd like to do banking but I'm not sure if I can anymore, at least not for years unless something changes in the next month. I've thought about postponing my graduation, but it wouldn't really matter for IB since SA27 recruiting is already done. I'd really appreciate any advice, thanks so much.
