Do you have your resume posted on Monster/Indeed/etc.?
If you are a job seeker, there are many ways to increase your chances of landing a gig: having a stellar resume, cold calling, networking, etc.
You can also post your resume on sites like Monster or Indeed, hoping for a potential employer to seek you out. I've just done this about a week ago, and most leads were for sales-related positions.
Should I keep my resume posted on these sites? Have you ever landed any descent jobs from doing this? I don't want to keep going back to these sites and update my resume if it's not worth the time.
I did it back in my undergrad days. All I ever got off Monster was insurance sales gigs. Not for me.
No, its just a shit ton of spam
